Mommies

I designed a “Mommy & Me” class in San Francisco, originally inspired by my own Mom, my biggest source of inspiration. She was always sure to take care of herself so she could be better for my siblings and I.

A metaphor mom often used was the oxygen mask in the airplane, “put on your own mask first.”
Taking care of you is the best example you can be for your child during their most impressionable years, your energy alone has a great effect on their self-confidence & perception of the world as an adult. That said, DO whatever it takes to feel good about you!

Now, let’s get to the physical… The “Mommies” program I’ve designed is a sure-fire way to get your pre-baby body back in a hurry. If your pre-pregnancy body wasn’t your ideal, come to me with a realistic image in mind & with your commitment to the program, we will get you there. I’ve received countless Thank You letters from husbands (with their wife’s permission!) stating that their home life & overall relationship has improved on EVERY level because of the “Mommies” program. Not only is she happier because she has a social outlet to look forward to a few times a week, but the outstanding physical benefits & overall energy that come with commitment to the “Mommies” program, re-instill that youthful energy & confidence to run around the playground with your kids, or the bedroom with your husband!
