Pilates for Teens

The teen years are a time of drastic hormonal fluctuation & physical change. The “Pilates for Teens” program helps this transition occur gracefully. In addition to balancing out the hormonal shifts that occur in teen-hood, the physical & mental strength gained through Pilates instills an inner confidence that many teens crave more of.

Parents have consistently told me that since their teenager began a regular Pilates regimen, not only did their grades improve significantly, but their child became a confident leader in all facets of life, suddenly interested in health and self-care.
