Yogalates Boot Camp

This program was originally designed for a male triathlete client. He was in incredible shape, but definitely feeling the accumulation of injury gained through years of intensive training for Iron Man and similar events.

Combining Ashtanga Yoga & Pilates, I developed a program around the “Yogalates” technique that would not only compliment my client’s existing rigorous regimen, but it allowed him to push himself to his limits safely. He said it was miraculous how much stronger he felt doing his personalized routine. And, not only had his re-injury risk decreased immensely, his pre-existing injuries were no longer holding him back like they were before he began my “Yogalates Boot Camp” program!

I knew this program was special so I had to make it accessible to anyone wanting to awaken/strengthen their inner athlete!

It’s fun. It’s effective.
